1. Return Policy
Refund Application: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product. Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and has not been used or damaged.
Application Process:
Please contact customer service via email (solarflare@carvedtrays.com) with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will respond to you within 48 hours with a return authorization and detailed return instructions.
Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product and confirm its status, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

2. Exchange Policy
Exchange Application: If the product you received is defective or wrong, please apply for an exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.
Application Process:
Please contact customer service via email (solarflare@carvedtrays.com) with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
We will respond within 48 hours with a replacement authorization and detailed exchange instructions.
Exchange Processing: We will send you a replacement product and cover the shipping costs incurred for the exchange.

3. Ineligible for Return/Exchange
The following situations are not eligible for return or exchange:

Exceed the return/exchange period (30 days).

The product has been used or damaged.

The product is not in its original packaging.

4. Shipping Costs
When returning items for personal reasons, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
If you request an exchange due to a defect or error in the product, the relevant shipping costs are borne by us.
